i have succeeded in reproducing Lemon Balm, a type of 'erb that looks like mint but smells like lemon. you can use the leaves to make your own relaxing herbal tea or use it as a garnish for puddings and salads. 11th century Arab physician Avicenna says, "Balm causeth the mind and heart to become merry". you can have some Lemon Balm too if you want. lucky you.

One of the greatest delusions in the world is the hope that the evils in this world are to be cured by legislation.
so true.

in my experience the super-charged wonder plant...
- heals broken skin
- works with moisturizer - has collegen in it (don't quote me on that,
i think i read it in a biogenics brochure) so keeps skin soft
- significantly reduces the burrrrrrn in all sorts of burns
- settles sore tummies when taken internally.
stolen from prescription for nutritional healing (2000) p.63:
PARTS USED: pulp from insides of succulent leaves.
NUTRIENT CONTENT: amino acids, calcium, folate, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, vitamins a, b1, b2, b3, c and e.
aloe vera is commonly known as a skin healer, moisturizer and softener. it is dramatically effective on burns of all types, and is also good for cuts, insect stings, bruises, acne and blemishes, poison ivy, welts, skin ulcers, and eczema.
taken internally, aloe vera is known to aid in the healing of stomach disorders, ulcers, constipation, rectal itching (ehehe), ...it can also be helpful against infections, varicose veins, skin cancer, arthritis, and is used in the treatment of aids.
it is antifungal, antibacterial, and antiviral. it increases blood-vessel generation in lower extremities of people with poor circulation, lowers cholesterol, reduces internal inflammation.
wow, wow, WOW!
BE CAREFUL: some people are allergic (i am, mildly). do not take internally if pregnant.
hey, want one? another cool ting bout aloes is that they multiply like rabbits (almost) and the one i had in a pretty pot my bedroom had about ten babies recently. let me bless you with a super-charged wonder plant. rsvp asap and you will not regret it so long as you both shall live.

yesterday afternoon we went to the manukau pet store and bought two comet goldfish. we asked the sales lady how big did they grow and giggled to ourselves when she replied,
"they just grow to fit the tank. do you have a very big tank?"
"yes," we assured her. "its very big."
